These Terms of Use apply to your use of BLASTED, a party game app provided by ALN Studio. By using BLASTED, you agree to these terms.
Using BLASTED
BLASTED is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may use the app in accordance with these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
Game content
BLASTED may include names of people, places, products, brands, films, games or other subjects as factual references for gameplay. Unless expressly stated, ALN Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by the owners of those names or marks.
Custom Drafts
You are responsible for content you enter into custom Drafts. Do not use the app to create unlawful, abusive or infringing material. Custom Draft content is intended for your own local gameplay.
Premium subscriptions
BLASTED may offer weekly and annual auto-renewable Premium subscriptions. Premium features, current prices, billing periods and any introductory trial are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple before the next renewal. Eligibility for introductory offers is determined by Apple.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app for eligible purchases made with the same Apple Account.
Availability and changes
We may add, remove or change categories, prompts, game modes, Premium features or other content over time. We may also suspend online content updates for maintenance or security reasons. Core functionality may depend on the version of BLASTED installed on your device.
No guarantee of outcomes
BLASTED is a social party game. Scores, winners, rankings, drafts and in-game budgets have no real-world monetary value and are not gambling or cash prizes.
Intellectual property
The BLASTED app, branding, interface, original text and software are owned by ALN Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Disclaimer
BLASTED is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every category or prompt will be suitable for every group.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALN Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of BLASTED. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
